Why should you hand in your homework on time?

It's obvious that students don’t like doing homework, but everyone should know that homework is not optional. Homework helps you develop your understanding of yourself. You find out what you are not so good at while doing homework and you should improve on that area. It also helps teachers to make sure that you understand what was taught in class. If you don’t hand your homework on time, it is not fair for others. Because they had probably spent time on the piece of homework given but you get extra time. If you try hard doing your homework, you grade will be much better, and the teacher will be very pleased and your parents will be proud of you.

I think it is very important that you have a habit that you hand in your homework on time. If you don't get rid of this bad habit, you will be miserable when you work in the future. For example, if you don’t hand in a report or a document on time, you might have to pay for your Client or your boss will be fired  you very quickly. So remember to hand in your homework on time.

Here's a tip for you: Use your organizer and make sure you write down homework for each lesson neatly before you leave the classroom. Make a list for everyday’s homework, after you finish you may cross it out, at last double check if you have finished all your homework or not. After doing some hard work, it's time for enjoying your great evening.

Three Cups Of Tea

In my English lesson, I was asked to search the definition of five words that I don't know in the book, Three Cups Of Tea.

Ushered- Welcome.
Dung- Animals poo
Granite- Is a kind of rock
Slabs- Is a material people use to build houses and buildings.
Yak- Is a kind of cow

Comic: CopyCats

This is a comice which me with my partner, Christy did in our ICT Lesson. We used about one month for doing this comic. We used 'Comic Life', a item which you can create comics. We hope you will enjoy.

The Internat

In today's Independent Learning lesson, we talks about how we upload things on the internat. For example, if you want to upload photo on facebook, inside your computer:

• It will connect to the network.
• Connect to PCCW.
• Goes to AT&T.
• At last, it will arrived to Facebook.

Powerpuff Girls

In my class, our ICT lesson is learning about comics in media. Our teacher asked us to find a comic to share with you on Blogger.

I have choose a comic which is called "The Powerpuff Girls". "The Powerpuff Girls" is an American television show. It was created by animator Craig McCracken, it was created in1998. "The Powerpfuff Girls"are about three kindgarden-aged girls who have super power.

• Genre-Cute Japanese Painting
• Audience-kindergarden kids
• Festures-actions

Podcast

 It is about how to add podcast on "Google reader". I think these informations can help you.

1) Go onto the Internet.
2) Search "Podcast" on Google.
3) Click onto a podcast website.
4) Chose a podcast in that website.
5) Click the podcast that you chosen.
6) Copy the RSS of the podcast.(Which is normally under the picture of the podcast)
7) Open an other website.
8) Search for "Google Reader".
9) Click on the first one(Google Reader)
10) On the top left side, there is a bar call "Add a Subscription".
11) Click on "Add a Subscription".
12) Paste the podcast's RSS on to the bar.
13) Click add.
14) Enjoy the podcast you've chosen.

Reflection

After this two months, I look at my blog I think I did quick good. Of cause, others students did very well too, not just myself. In this blog, you can see most of the subject were English and ICT. Did you learnt anything in my blog? In my blog, I think the most usefully was the tips of searching that google gave. So when you are searching, you will be more quickly and more save time.

There are some "YouTube" video.  In the ICT lesson, teacher teach me how to post a "YouTube" video on the blog. So that every time, when I want to share some video to my friends it is easy to do. Did you read the story that I wrote in English lesson? I think the story was fantastic and exciting.  In English lesson, I also learnt how to use "iMovie" and "GargeBand"to make a MP3 video. Did you listen to that? At first, I thought is it hard to do things that I have never try, but is it wrong. If you get how to do it, you would think that is a very easy thing.

In this year, there will be more things you can learn in my blog. I will keep updating stories or some videos, and you will need to keep reading it, remember don't forget it.
